Peach Dessert

Another dessert I've made recently used peaches.  I was looking for a recipe that used them, since I was craving them, and ran across this simple concoction.  After I halved and de-pitted the peaches, I spooned frozen blueberries and raspberries into the hollow.  Then, a mixture of brandy, honey, and orange juice was poured over them.  They baked in the oven while we ate, so they were warm and ready to eat by the time the mister and I were ready for dessert.  They were served alongside yogurt that had been chilling with more orange juice, brandy, and honey. Y-U-M.

how much brandy did you use in the mixture?

Probably a tablespoon(ish) on the peaches and the same for in the yogurt. It added a zing to it, but it wasn't super overpowering or anything.
