The Challenge: Be Creative

I'm enjoying these photo-editing challenges!  The theme for this week is to "Be creative. Think outside the box. Try to find the extraordinary in the ordinary."

{Higher resolution version here}

My 'Fill-in-the-Blank Friday' made me really hungry for mud cups, so the Mr. and I went out to buy ingredients and make them yesterday. They were fun to make and sure are tasty...definitely my favorite photo of the week.  It was cool using the food processor to pulverize the Oreos.

I intensified the colors just a little bit, but didn't do a whole lot to the picture other than that and softening the edges of the photo.  I'm hungry after looking at this for awhile!!

Those look interesting. What exactly are mud cups? Not really mud with gummy bears I take it?

Yah, they look delicious...how do you make them? I've heard you refer to them before but I assumed you were going to eat mud.

Those look yummy. Love the pop of color that the gummy worms add.

It is intriguing, I have never heard of mud cups over here in NZ and they do look particularly like their name. But I am assuming they are delicious. The pops of colour with the lollies works well.

Thanks for all the compliments! Mud cups are basically a mixture of pudding and Cool Whip with Oreo cookie crumbles on top, with a gummy worm peeking out.

Yeah, they definitely aren't mud- that would be gross!!
